• Does not directly purchase, stock, or sell products (unless separately agreed in writing)

• Does not guarantee any sale, pricing outcome, or successful transaction

• Does not process or hold payments unless specifically agreed under a separate contract

3. Types of Users

Users of IndSurplus may include:

• Visitors / Buyers

• Vendors / Sellers

• Registered Vendor Account Holders

Buyer accounts are not required.
Vendor registration is mandatory to submit product listings.

4. Vendor Registration & Listing Approval

• Vendor registration is free of charge.

• All listings are subject to review and approval by IndSurplus before publication.

• Vendors cannot directly publish listings.

• IndSurplus reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion.

5. Prohibited Content & Contact Information

Vendors are strictly prohibited from publishing any of the following within listings:

• Phone numbers

• Email addresses

• WhatsApp or messaging numbers

• Website URLs or social media links

• Contact-related watermarks

This restriction applies to:

• Product descriptions

• Images

• Documents

• Any visual or textual content

Listings violating this policy may be edited, withheld, or removed.

6. Buyer–Vendor Communication Policy

• All buyers must communicate exclusively through the IndSurplus Admin Team.

• Direct communication between buyers and vendors without prior approval is strictly prohibited.

• All discussions regarding pricing, terms, and delivery will be coordinated by IndSurplus.

• If physical inspection is required, IndSurplus may arrange it under its supervision.

7. Pricing, Negotiation & Commission

• Product pricing may be public or negotiation-based.

• Platform fees or commission terms will be defined at the time of listing request.

• Commission structures will be transparent and pre-agreed.

Bypassing IndSurplus to conduct direct transactions in order to avoid fees or commission is strictly prohibited.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are fully responsible for:

• Accuracy and authenticity of product information

• Legal ownership and authorization to sell

• Proper disclosure of actual product condition

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Delivery arrangements and documentation

IndSurplus does not assume liability for false or misleading vendor information.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

• Conducting their own due diligence

• Verifying product condition before finalizing agreements

• Managing payment and logistics arrangements

IndSurplus does not assume responsibility for financial transactions between parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

IndSurplus shall not be liable for:

• Business or financial losses

• Delivery delays

• Product defects

• Payment disputes

• Buyer–vendor conflicts

All transactions are conducted at the sole risk of the involved parties.

In cases involving illegal product sales, full legal responsibility lies with the vendor. IndSurplus shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

IndSurplus reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend accounts

• Remove listings

• Permanently terminate accounts

In cases of:

• Policy violations

• False or misleading information

• Repeated complaints

• Unethical or illegal activities

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, design, and materials are the property of IndSurplus.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
