Welcome to IndSurplus.

This Vendor Policy outlines all applicable rules, terms, and responsibilities for listing industrial equipment, spare parts, or related services on the IndSurplus platform.

IndSurplus is an independent, commission-based industrial equipment listing platform.
Our primary role is to ensure transparent, secure, and professional transactions between buyers and vendors through proper technical analysis and evaluation of listed products.

By registering as a vendor or submitting a product listing request on IndSurplus, you confirm your agreement to comply with all terms and conditions stated in this policy.

Vendor Eligibility

To list products as a vendor on IndSurplus, you must:

• Be a legally valid individual or a registered business entity

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and verifiable contact information

• Have legal ownership of the listed product or valid authorization to sell it

• Agree to comply with IndSurplus communication and operational policies

IndSurplus reserves the full right to accept, suspend, or reject any vendor application at its discretion.

Vendor Registration & Access

• Vendor registration is completely free of charge

• Vendors will have a separate login and dashboard system

• Buyers or customers are not required to create an account

• Certain information and features will be available only to registered and approved vendors

Important Product Listing Guidelines

The sharing of any direct or indirect contact information is strictly prohibited in the following areas:

• Product descriptions

• Product images

• Documents or scanned files

• Any visual or textual content

❗ If any listing contains incorrect, misleading, or policy-violating information, IndSurplus reserves the right to:

• Edit or remove such information

• Withhold or suspend the listing from publication when necessary

Listing Review & Approval

• Vendors cannot publish products directly

• Every listing must be reviewed and approved by IndSurplus before publication

• IndSurplus may edit content, change categories, or optimize listing information as required

Buyer Communication Policy

• All buyers must communicate only with the IndSurplus Admin team

• IndSurplus will contact vendors internally based on buyer requirements

If a buyer wishes to physically inspect a product:

• IndSurplus may arrange the visit at its own discretion

• The entire process will be conducted under IndSurplus supervision

❗ Without prior approval from IndSurplus, vendors are not permitted to:

• Communicate directly with buyers regarding products

• Disclose pricing or submit offers

• Finalize any type of deal

All discussions related to pricing, terms, and delivery will be coordinated exclusively by IndSurplus.

Platform Fee & Commission

• Any platform fee or selling commission will be discussed and finalized with the vendor at the time of listing request

Commission terms will be:

• Fully transparent

• Pre-defined

• Mutually agreed upon

❗ Bypassing IndSurplus to conduct direct transactions in order to avoid platform fees or commissions is strictly prohibited.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are fully responsible for:

• Accuracy and authenticity of all product information

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Proper disclosure of the actual condition of listed products

• Following all instructions, policies, and guidelines issued by IndSurplus

Prohibited Activities

Vendors must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Providing false or misleading information

• Posting duplicate listings of the same product

• Contacting buyers directly by bypassing IndSurplus

• Listing illegal, restricted, or unethical equipment

• Any activity that may damage the credibility of the platform

Account Suspension or Termination

IndSurplus reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend vendor accounts

• Permanently terminate vendor accounts

• Remove associated listings

In cases of:

• Policy violations

• Repeated disregard of warnings

• Unethical or illegal activities

Limitation of Liability

IndSurplus:

• Does not guarantee any sale or successful transaction

• Does not assume responsibility for disputes between vendors and buyers

• Facilitates coordination only; all transactions are conducted at the parties’ own risk

In the event of illegal product sales, the vendor shall bear full legal responsibility, and IndSurplus shall not be held liable in any manner.

IndSurplus does not assume any responsibility for products after the completion of a sale.

Policy Updates

IndSurplus reserves the right to modify or update this Vendor Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
